Tottenham Hotspur captain Hugo Lloris has described his side's performance in the 1-0 defeat to BayerLeverkusenas 'unrecognisable', claiming that they now need a 'miracle' to qualify for the Champions League knockout stages.
The Lilywhites succumbed to a 65th minuteKevin Kampl goal at Wembley, with the defeat leaving Pochettino's side on just four points from four games.
The result was compounded by an even worse performance, with Spurs struggling to find their rhythmfrom start to finish.
Next up for Tottenhamis a trip to Monaco, who thumped CSKA Moscow 3-0 on Wednesday night.
Lloris admits that his side need to record two wins out of two if they are to stand any chance of qualifying for the next round.
It is difficult to accept that kind of performance from us, said the France keeper, as quoted in theMirror.
It was difficult to recognise the team, [normally] very aggressive, very calm under pressure, and today was completely the opposite. We need to learn about the Champions League.
"We worked a lot last season to get into the Champions League and we cannot waste everything. we need to be ready for the next two games are try to get the miracle.

Spurs face bitter rivals Arsenal on Sunday, and Lloris has said that although his side 'can't be in a worse situation', they need to retain focus in order to extend their unbeaten Premier League record.
It is important to look forward because there is an important game on Sunday, he added.
We cannot be in a worse situation. After a bad game like today we need to question ourselves, recover and be ready for Sunday. It is true that maybe we lost a bit of confidence because it is a few games we have not won.
"We have to keep working and be ready for the big game on Sunday.

It's always important to play the derby. We just need to forget about the disappointment of this game.
"We will be back in a Premier League game in a great stadium with a good pitch. We need to enjoy that kind of moment and stay united.
I hope that we are aware that that kind of game against Arsenal is a big, big opportunity for everyone to enjoy football, share a great moment of football with the fans and try to make them proud of us.
