"New Team, New Challenge. I can’t wait to get it started at Sporting Huelva," she posted on Social Media after finalizing her move.

Abambila has earned a wealth of experience having played for FC Minsk in Belarus where she participated in the UEFA Women's Champions League.

The 21-year-old has also had stints with Greek outfits Aris Thessaloniki and Swedish side Assi IF.

The Black Queens star also played in the United States University League with Mississippi Valley State University and Youngstown State University.

Abambila is the first Ghanaian to score in the UEFA Women's Champions League.

The talented midfielder has played for Ghana at all youth levels and now features for the senior national team.

She becomes the second Ghanaian to move to the side after Princella Adubea who joined last year.
