King Faisal forward Zubairu Ibrahim has said he had a sleepless night after scoring a hat-trick against Ghanaian giants, Asante Kotoko.
The enterprising striker has been instrumental for the Isha Allah boys this season scoring 4 goals after 6 matches into the Ghana Premier League season.
He dominated the headlines with a superb hat-trick against the Porcupine Warriors last Sunday that propelled his outfit to victory in the Ashanti derby and according to him, he could not sleep after chalking such feat.
“I could not sleep after scoring a hat-trick against Kotoko, truth be told, I was surprised to have scored three goals against them”
“In 2017, I watch Kotoko and Hearts of Oak game at the Baba Yara at the time, I was playing colts football, so to score a hat-trick against them now is surprising because I didn’t see it happening” he said.
