The KF Tirana midfielder has categorically stated that he has adjusted to the environment at the club after netting against Kukesi in the Albanian top flight league.
Tirana came away with a 2-1 victory against Kukesi and Cobbinah told Supersport after the game that he is a better shape.
"It's the second season here and I'm adjusted to the environment, the people and the system. So I'm in better shape. We are convincingly back as a team and not without merit leading the championship".
He also made some clarifications on his disappearances in certain moments of the match.
“Sometimes it's a game plan, a tactic. I have to rest and then "boom". My disappearance is for energy recovery. Would you leave me alone for 70 minutes? You have to train with us to understand. It's not that I get tired, but we have to adapt to the game and hit the opponent the moment we have to".
He added: "Favorites in attack? Both are good players. Mucci is young and talented, Michael has experience. It is important that the players' abilities go to the benefit of the team. Both did their part. I can't choose who to play with, we're all a team".
"The derby? We get the matches one after the other. We won with Kukes. I'm very confident in our strength, we're in good shape. I can NOT make such statements that we win or score, for the very characteristics of a derby match. We can say we don't lose”.
