Ghana forward Gilbert Koomson has insisted that he has been loyal to SK Brann following the recent saga with the club.
Last Wednesday, the attacker missed the training session of the team in what appeared to be a move to push for a transfer away from the club.
Upon his return to the team’s training on Thursday, Gilbert Koomson apologized to his teammates but revealed that he informed team doctor Magnus Myntevik he will not be able to report to training.
Speaking to BT on the tension that has arisen in the midst of his possible transfer, the forward says he has been loyal to SK Brann and wants to leave the Norwegian outfit.
“I love Brann, I have been loyal, but now I want to go”, the Ghana attacker noted.
It is understood that newly-promoted Turkish Super Lig club Erzurumspor is the favorite to secure the services of Gilbert Koomson this summer.
