I have not reach agreement to join Hearts of Oak - Yusif Abubakar

Former Aduana Stars gaffer, Yussif Abubakar says has not signed a pre-contract with Hearts of Oak.

The experienced trainer was shown the exit on Tuesday after steering the club to win the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League trophy.

reports emerged that he sacked after reaching agreement to join Hearts of Oak but the former Techiman City coach says the story should be treated with the contempt it deserves.

"There is nothing like that, I have not sign any contract with Hearts of Oak. No one has contacted me from Hearts of Oak. The report is not true,” he told footballmadeinghana.com.

When asked why he was sacked by Aduana stars. Yussif Abubakar maintains that he does not want to go into details as he respects the club’s stand.

“I don’t want to talk about that. I respect the decision of the club very well. The club is a big family, I wish them well.”

Yussif Abubakar also denied breaching the code of ethics of the club and the report of falling out with some of the management members.
