The National team is in search of a replacement for Avram Grant who parted ways with the Black Stars after the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon early this year.

Over 60 coaches have applied for the job including former Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah who has been tipped to regain the position.

Meanwhile, Kuuku Dadzie, who was part of the 1978 Black Stars team has revealed his strong desire to coach the team indicating he has the character needed to manage the team.

“Some of the players of the Black Stars have egos which affect the results of the team and such a behavior needs a coach who is disciplined and confident enough to handle such players. Everybody will bear with me that I have the qualities to manage the Black Stars players and if I am given the opportunity,” he told ATL Fm in Cape Coast.

The hunt for a new coach for the Black Stars however continues.
