The Phobians over the weekend recorded their first win of the campaign with a 1-0 victory over Nsoatreman FC at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

After voicing his desire to see his side play attacking football like his native Netherlands, Koopman decried missed chances in the slim win over Nsoatreman.

“We lost a lot of chances. Issah [Kuka] is gone and actually, I want a striker back. I need a striker back so hopefully this week, let’s hope. I am happy but still a lot of work to do," he said. Hearts of Oak opened their campaign with a 1-0 defeat against Real Tamale United (RTU).

Martin Koopman and his charges will hope to maintain their winning run when they travel to play Premier League returnees, Bofoakwa Tano at the Sunyani Coronation in the matchday three games on Saturday with kick-off scheduled at 15:00GMT.
