Former Hearts of Oak defender, Vincent Atinga has implored head coach of the Black Stars, Charles Kwabla Akonnor to give him just 20 minutes of action to prove his worth.

The budding defender currently plies his trade for Kuwaiti side Al-Shabab and was impressive for his side in the 2019/2020 season having featured in all games for the club.

Atinga earned his maiden Black Stars call-up in 2017 during the 2018 World cup qualifying game against Uganda after impressing in the WAFU tournament held in Ghana back in 2017.

Speaking to Akoma FM, Atinga reiterated his desire to play for Black Stars and has therefore challenged the trainer, Charles Kwabla Akonnor to give him the opportunity to prove what he can offer to the country.

"I don't need ninety minutes in Black Stars. I don't even need forty-five minutes. All I need is 90 minutes to prove something to Ghanaians. I have given myself just 2 years to command regular position in Black Stars." He said.
