West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) striker Daniel Lomotey says he needs to work more harder after scoring four goals against Medeama SC in the Premier League on Sunday.

The 21-year-old became the first player to score four goals this season as WAFA defeated Medeama 5-4 at the Red Bull arena at Sogakope.

Lomotey stressed on the importance to remain focus and consistent in subsequent games to keep him relevant on the goal scoring chart in the Ghana Premier League.

"I need to work more even after scoring four against Medeama. It is a great achievement," he said in a post match presser.

"It is important I gear myself up in our next game against Legon Cities and get more goals. I was off after King Faisal's brilliant performance where a bagged in a brace."

WAFA remain unbeaten in four home matches in the 2020/21 season.

The Academy boys will face struggling Legon Cities on match day eight at the Accra Sports Stadium.
