Hungary based Ghanaian defender Abraham Frimpong has likened his game to Brazil international Thiago Silva.
Frimpong, who ply his trade for Ferencvárosi despite naming Gerard Pique of Barcelona and Leonardo Bonucci of Juventus as one of the players he recognizes most he believe his style of play can be compared to the Chelsea centre-back.
Asked if his playing style relates to Pique and Bonucci, he said, “None of them. Mine is for Thiago Silva - at least I dare to hope. I try to clean easily and calmly”
“If I meet him, I'd just ask for a signature. Maybe I would ask him, what drives him still at the age of thirty-six? He added.
Frimpong joined the Hungary giants three seasons ago from Red Star Belgrade and has already won the league twice.
He made history with the club after helping them reach the group stages of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in 25 years.
