A former Manchester United defender, Timothy Fosu-Mensah has confessed that he is a fan of Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko.
The Dutch defender who is of Ghanaian descent is currently in the West African country for a short holiday period.
Speaking to Happy FM today, Timothy Fosu-Mensah has opened up on a lot of things including the things he love about Ghana.
According to him, he supports Ghana Premier League record Champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
“I support Asante Kotoko even though I haven’t followed Ghana football that much.
“Asante Kotoko is a tradition for the family. Hopefully, I will now follow some games in the Ghana Premier League,” he said.
After leaving Manchester United, Timothy Fosu-Mensah joined Bayer Leverkusen. He is looking forward to making a name for himself in the German Bundesliga.
