Ghana  and Crystal Palace ace Jeffrey Schlupp has disclosed that his dream is to become a landlord after he announces his retirement from football

Schlupp is already involved in real estate business and land properties despite actively playing football.

"I’m trying to set myself up for when football’s done," the 26-year-old told the club's official website.

"It’s not a secret: it doesn’t go on forever. At the minute I’m into properties." By the time I’m done, I’m trying to have a nice portfolio and manage that.

"I like to study about it and see what’s going on. I just try to keep myself to myself. Landlord Jeffrey!"

The versatile Ghanaian player has featured in 72 games and scored four goals for English Premier League side Crystal Palace since joining them from Leicester City in 2017.

He has also made 15 appearances for the senior national team of Ghana  and scored once so far.
