Ghana coach Milovan Rejevac will not relinquish his role as coach of the Black Stars despite a disappointing performance at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
The four times African champions were bundled out of the Africa Cup of Nations at the group stage after losing 3-2 in their final group C game.
Asked about his future, the Serbian gaffer insisted he will stay and lead the Black Stars to qualify for the 2022 World Cup playoffs.
"I will stay and lead Ghana in the World Cup qualifiers in March"
"My target was to qualify Ghana for the World Cup, this AFCON is my primary target"
"I am looking forward in qualifying Ghana for the World Cup in March" he said.
