Former deputy coach of Ashanti Gold SC Yakubu Sheriff Mambo has disclosed that he would have chose Venomous Vipers ahead of Ebusua Dwarfs if he was to coach any club in Cape Coast.
Mambo, who has passion for Vipers played for the team between 1990 and 1996.
He parted ways with Ashanti Gold SC after he was demoted from Assistant coach to the Head of Scouting and Development Team.
According to him, he has received a lot offer from clubs but he is currently concentrating on his teaching as he await the best possible deal for himself.
He also revealed he would choose Venomous Vipers ahead of Dwarfs if he should coach in Cape Coast.
"If I am to coach any club in Cape Coast, I would choose Venomous Vipers ahead of Dwarfs. I'm a product of the team. I played Vipers in the year 1990 to 1996, so I have some passion for the club," he said.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association has suspended all its competitions with immediate effect until further notice following the directives given by the President of the Republic due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
