Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano indicates that FC Nordsjaelland is pushing for a higher transfer fee to finalize the 19-year-old winger's transfer to The Hammers.

Initial reports suggested a price tag of 18 million euros for Osman, but Nordsjaelland seeks more than the initially stated amount.

Despite the complications, Romano affirms that the deal has not "collapsed." Personal terms between Osman and his agent have reportedly been agreed upon with West Ham.

Osman has garnered attention globally, showcasing his talent with a goal and four assists in 16 Danish Superliga games. In his debut season with Nordsjaelland, he contributed a goal in six UEFA Europa Conference League appearances.

If the transfer materializes, Osman would become the fifth Ghanaian player to join West Ham, following in the footsteps of Mohammed Kudus, another alumnus of the Right To Dream Academy, who is enjoying a successful debut season with the London club.
