Former Western Regional FA Chairman, Kojo Yankah has noted that he will soon explain why he has decided to contest in the next presidential election of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
According to him, he is fully prepared to contest sitting president Kurt Okraku for the top position in the next election.
"I declared my intention to contest in the next GFA presidential election today.
“In due time I will come out with what informed my decision and everything the public need to know
“I'm fully prepared,” Kojo Yankah said in an interview with Asempa FM on Tuesday night.
Although Kojo Yankah is the only one who has come out to declare the intention to contest the GFA presidency, it is understood that several other people are interested.
The likes of George Afriyie and Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer who contested in the last election are likely to join the race again.
