The head coach for Dreams FC, Karim Zito has indicated that he is unhappy Asante Kotoko has sacked Coach Maxwell Konadu.

Management of the Kumasi-based club last week announced that they have decided to sack coach Maxwell Konadu barely 24 hours after the Reds suffered a 1-0 defeat to Great Olympics in a Ghana Premier League match.

While many have shared different opinions about the sacking of the former Black Stars assistant coach, Coach Karim Zito sides with people who say it was premature.

“Am not happy Kotoko has sacked Maxwell Konadu because he has done nothing. We have just played 6 matches and they should have given him time because the players are new and now playing together and it will take time,” the Ghana U-20 coach said in an interview with Ashh FM on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, coach Karim Zito has hinted of his readiness to take up the vacant job at Asante Kotoko after revealing that officials should contact Dreams FC if they are interested in his services.

“I am a professional coach and if Kotoko needs me they should go to the management of Dreams Fc because I work for them,” the coach shared.
