Ghana international, Emmanuel Gyasi was made captain of Spezia Calcio on Sunday when his team faced Hellas Verona in the Italian Serie A.

In the last three seasons, the exciting forward has been one of the best players at the club and continues to grow game after game.

Due to the absence of Guilio Maggiore, Emmanuel Gyasi had the privilege to captain the Spezia Calcio team.

It was the 120th appearance of the winger for Spezia Calcio who has now become a senior player for the club.

Unfortunately on the matchday, Hellas Verona appeared too strong and as a result cruised past the visitors with a massive 4-0 win at the end of the 90 minutes.

Emmanuel Gyasi, 27, played the full 90 minutes of the Hellas Verona match when he was made the captain.
