In-form Richmond Boakye Yiadom adjudged MVP Red Star Belgrade Europa win

Richmond Boakye Yiadom was again impressive for his club side Red Star Belgrade as they drew 3-3 with Floriana FC in Malta in an Europa League game.

Boakye scored two of the goals to put his side into the next round of the competition.

Dusan Andjelkovic picked Richmond Boakye and the former Juventus striker sent a dipping header past the diving Matthew Grech for the opening goal in the 13th minute.

The Serbians stepped up their game after the interval and on 70 minutes Andjelkovic picked Srnic at the far post. The Red Star midfielder nodded the ball towards Boakye who fired home.

Richmond Boakye's brace and impressive outing on the night earned him the Most Valuable Player of the game.
