Don’t be surprised if Nations FC wins the Ghana Premier League next season – Michael Awuah Mensah

Nations FC defender Michael Awuah Mensah is confident his outfit can annex the Ghana Premier League next season following an impressive debut in the top-flight.

The Abrankese-based club was outstanding in the just concluded domestic top-flight campaign, finishing seventh on the league log.

Coach Kasim Mingle and his charges bottled the league title to Samartex, eventual winners of the Ghana Premier League following an inconsistent results latter part of the season.

Speaking to Kessben FM monitored by Footballghana.com, Awuah, one of the most sought after defenders in the local scene predicted his outfit could annex the 2024/25 Premier League title.

“Don’t be surprise if Nations FC win the Ghana Premier League next season. I’m sure about our chances going into the new season. We were contenders in the just ended season but we fell short along the line. We’ve learnt our lessons. It won’t be surprising if we win the league”

The 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign will commence on September 6, 2024.
