Inter Allies join list of top clubs in Africa on Social media

Inter Allies FC has been duly recognized for their online engagements and have earned a deserved ranking by the African Football Digital Benchmark.‬

‪The club alongside the two traditional big clubs, Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko, are the highest-ranked Ghanaian clubs.‬

‪The list made of the Top 66 clubs in Africa with a combined social media following of 100k+ saw Allies breakthrough for the first time.‬

‪African Football Digital Benchmark which is a sub of Germany-based research firm Result Sports considered the number of followers across six social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Periscope, Linkedin and Youtube.‬

‪As at the time of the report, Inter Allies, with 100k+ followers had the following figures on four social media platforms: 29,0000 on Facebook, 18,000 on Instagram, 52,000 on Twitter and 269 on Youtube.‬

‪The African Football Digital Benchmark takes notice of our club’s continuous and interactive engagement with our fans on social media and the recognition is a feather in the cap for the club. Allies has also been recognized and verified by giant social media networks Twitter and Facebook.‬

‪Inter Allies is considered as one of the best football brands in Ghana. The Eleven-is-to-One boys’ partnership with the reputable Capelli Brand has given the club the needed visibility and marketability it prides itself with.

‪Head of Communications and Marketing, Fredrick Gyan-Mante stated: “The recognition of the Club by the African Football Digital Benchmark is an indication that the Club is on the right path with its communication on social media, particularly when it comes, our interactions and engagements with our fans.
