Inter Allies pay tribute to departed ex-Hearts and Kotoko goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye

Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies have paid a glowing tribute to the deceased former Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye.

The 37 year old pass away on Friday and was buried on Sunday after a long illness.

Soulama spent ten years in Ghana where he won four Ghana Premier League titles and an FA Cup with Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The news of his passing was greeted across the football fraternity of Ghana with many clubs and former teammates sending in their condolences.

Inter Allies posted on twitter,” We're devastated to hear the news about former Kotoko & Hearts goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye, may his gentle soul rest in peace. “

Soulama was part of the Hearts team that recorded the famous comeback in Tema tagged the “The Miracle of Tema.”
