Inter Allies defender Wahab Akwei could miss the premier league game against Elmina Sharks on Friday after he got injured in the game against Bolga All Stars.
The defender pulled out of the game after suffering pains in the ankle in their 1-1 draw with the Northern side.
Wahab Akwei has been very solid and very dependable for the “Eleven is to one” boys and will hope he recovers in time for the game against Sharks.
The young defender who has scored one league goal in the season has provided shield for goalkeeper Kwame Baah.
Coach Prince Owusu expects Wahab Akwei to be back soon to augment his side as the Premier League wears out gradually.
