Inter Milan have a deal in place with Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij.
RadioSei says Inter have been in talks with the Dutchman for several months and personal terms have been struck.
De Vrij has accepted a four-year contract worth €5.5 million-a-season.
However, Inter still need to settle terms with Lazio over a fee, with president Claudio Lotito demanding at least €25 million to sell.
Inter believe that valuation is unrealistic, particularly with De Vrij's deal having less than 18 months to run.
