Winger Isaac Atanga scored for FC Nordsjaelland on Sunday where his side drew 1-1 against OB in the Danish Superliga.
The Ghanaian attacker earned a starting role for his team today when they visited the Nature Energy Park grounds to take on their matchday 2 opponent.
On the back of a lackluster performance from both teams in the first half, neither could find the back of the net and had to go into the break with a goalless scoreline.
In the second half, Isaac Atanga found the back of the net on the 55th minute after he was assisted by striker Mikkel Rygaard.
Though they hoped to hold on to the finish line, OB pushed with a good performance and managed to draw level through American-Ghanaian Emmanuel Sabbi.
At the end of the 90 minutes, both teams shared the spoils with Mohammed Diomande, and Kamal-Deen Sulemana featuring for FC Nordsjaelland as well.
