Isaac Coffie marks debut for Sivasspor as they draw 1-1 against Vitesse in friendly

Ghanaian International Isaac Coffie started off his new chapter with Turkish side Sivasspor on Wednesday as they drew 1-1 with Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem in a pre-season friendly.

The hardworking midfielder joined the Yigidos in the current transfer window on a two-year deal from Spanish second-tier side Sporting Gijon.

After training with his new club in the past week, he has finally marked his debut to start off the new chapter in his career.

He started from the substitute bench but was introduced in the second half to show the technical team and fans the quality he brings on the table.

All two goals of the match had already been scored when Coffie came on. First, it was Vitesse took the lead on the 13th minute before Sivasspor pulled parity seven minutes to end the first half.

Coffie is expected to play a key role for the Turkish club when the season starts.
