Former chairman of the Division One League Board Lawyer Ntow Fiako says it is not a law for any club to pay a percentage to the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Fiako noted that it is just an arrangement for clubs to pay certain percentages to the GFA.

The GFA currently receives percentage from every Ghanaian player sales both locally and abroad.

In an interview with Asempa FM, Fiako said "It is not a law to pay a percentage to GFA after sale of a player its an arrangement".
