The football season in the country has been put on hold due to the Coronavirus which has been declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO).

In the last couple of days, there have been calls for the Ghana Premier League and all other leagues in the country to be abrogated.

Waving into the argument, board member of Great Olympics, Fred Pappoe has observed that the situation of the Covid-19 should be monitored further before any decision is taken.
