Italian TV personalityAlessandro Cattelan has tipped Atalanta midfielderRoberto Gagliardini to become a future star for Italy's national team.
The 22-year-old, who is on a five-month loan at Inter, has made eight appearances for theNerazzurrifollowing his Januaryswitch, scoring once in the 5-1 win at Cagliari.
And in light of his man-of-the-match display, Cattelan believes he can do the same against his parent club Atalanta this weekend.
He toldCorriere dello Sport:After what he did in Cagliari, he is excused for good. Against Atalanta I hope that he scores again and that presents us with another win.
"Maybe this time the celebration should not be as exuberant, but I do not know: he grew up there, in Bergamo, and out of respect for his former fans he shouldn't celebrate. It would be right and no one could tell him anything.

He added:It would be right for him to be gradually inserted [into the national team], but he definitely deserves to be called."
Asked if he can play a role in Inter's pursuit for Champions League qualification,Cattelan said: Sooner or later, yes. This year I see it as hard, but I have not lost all hope.
