King Faisal coach Nurudeen Amadu has stated that it is too early to tip clubs for the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League title.

The domestic top-flight race has become much hotter as club’s battel for the ultimate. The Isha Allah boys currently sit top on the league table with 14 points after 7 matches.

Alhaji Grusah, the owner of King Faisal recently expressed his outfit will annex the title this campaign.

But according to Nurudeen Amadu who has been nominated for the coach of the month for November, it is too early to tip clubs for the domestic top-flight, saying it can affect performance.

“I still believe that its too early for any club to lay hands on that fact that they can win the league. We still have a long way to go and don’t forget that we have a lot of matches to play, and if you are not lucky and your players are tired and you are unable to turn things around it can affect performance” he said.

King Faisal will travel to Sogakope for their matchday 8 tie against Accra Lions on Wednesday.
