Ghana international, Majeed Ashimeru has indicated that he is elated with his new contract at Belgian club RSC Anderlecht.
According to him, the club has helped him to grow as a player and a person.
“In the last three seasons at RSCA, I have grown as a player and as a person. I’m very grateful to both the club and the fans for their continued support over the past years. They have come to know me as a player, but I have the feeling I have more to give back,” Majeed Ashimeru told the media team of the Belgian club on Tuesday, July 16.
It was after the Black Stars midfielder signed a new two-year deal with the club.
In his interview, the midfielder said he wants to do his best to make RSC Anderlecht and the fans very proud.
"I want to do everything within my powers to make the fans and the club proud. That’s also why I’m so happy to extend my contract here,” Ashimeru said.
