Ivorian Champions AS Tanda have asked about the availability of Accra Hearts of Oak midfield kingpin Winful Cobinna.
The Ivorian Club wants the midfielder to boost their squad ahead of next season CAF Champions League.
Winful Cobinna, was arguably the best player in the just ended Ghana Premier League, providing eight assist and scoring a couple of goals to help Accra Hearts of Oak finish third.
He also helped the Phobians to the MTN FA Cup final which they eventually lost to sworn rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
The 25 year old was instrumental as Ghana won the West Africa Football Union Champions in September.
The performances of the player have seen him attract interests from several clubs including teams from the Major League Soccer.
