Owusu last played for Kotoko before joining former coach Steven Polack at Gor Mahia in the Kenya top-flight.

He is currently without a club after parting ways with Gor Mahia over unpaid salaries.

"I am a footballer and that is my work.

"I am opened to working with any team including Kotoko. If Kotoko assess me and they think I can help them why not, I am willing to play," Jackson Owusu said as reported by sportsworldghana.com.

"A lot of clubs here have asked about me. But at the moment I am a free agent."

Jackson Owusu has been linked with a move to several clubs in the Ghana Premier League including Ashanti Gold, Berekum Chelsea, Aduana Stars and Asante Kotoko.
