Pyramids FC scored first through Antwi in the 60th minute after a goalless first half.
The right-footed forward scored Pyramids FC's second goal from the penalty spot to make it 2-0.
In 25 appearances this season John Antwi has scored six goals with three assists.
John Antwi joined Pyramids FC last summer from El Makasa and his current market value is €950,000.
