Jonah Osabutey returns to Werder Bremen after successful loan spell at Royal Mouscron

Jonah Osabutey, a Ghanaian forward has returned to German club Werder Bremen after having a successful loan spell with Belgian side Royal Mouscron.

The 21 year old was one of the key players for Mouscron this season, making 22 appearances. He also scored four goals and dished out a further five assists, earning huge praise from his teammates and management.

Mouscron, according to reports were impressed with Osabutey and opened negotiations with Bremen to get the Ghanaian permanently but nothing has been confirmed and Jonah has returned to Germany as a result.

Osabutey played for Tema Youth before making the switch to Bremen in 2017.

He scored 12 goals and provided two assists in 27 games for Werder Bremen's second team.
