Jordan Ayew voted MoTM after star performance in Crystal Palace’s 2-1 win at Brighton

Ghana attacker Jordan Ayew has been voted the ‘Man of the Match’ after his star performance for Crystal Palace in the team’s 2-1 win against Brighton and Hove Albion on Monday night.

The Black Stars striker today earned a starting role for the Eagles when they played as a guest to the matchday 25 opponent of the English Premier League at the American Express Community Stadium.

Although the attacker did not score, he excelled with his top performance and assisted Jean-Philippe Mateta to score the first goal for Crystal Palace.

Lasting the entire duration of the match, Jordan Ayew covered 10.94km, was involved in 20 duels, and managed to make two vital clearances.

For his star performance, the Crystal Palace attacker has been named the Man of the Match at the end of the game.

On the matchday, Christian Benteke scored the winning goal for Crystal Palace with Joel Veltman netting the consolation for Brighton.
