Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew has emerged as the hero for Crystal Palace after finding the back of the net against Arsenal in the English Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The Londoners locked horns at the Selhurst Park this afternoon in a Match Week 22 fixture of the English top division.

At the end of a pulsating encounter between the Eagles and the Gunners, it all ended 1-1 with both sides going home with a point each.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shot Arsenal into the lead after just 12 minutes which separated the two teams at the end of the halftime.

An improved performance in the second half helped Crystal Palace to get back into the match as Jordan Ayew scored to restore parity for his club. His shot deflected off David Luiz, beat goalkeeper Leno and ended up on the back of the net.

The Black Stars forward was impressive throughout the match and lasted the entire duration of the match as he continued his fine form in the 2019/2020 English Premier League.
