Junior Agogo to receive a portion of unpaid wages from Egyptian side Zamalek

Former Ghana striker Junior Agogo will be paid a portion of his unpaid wages from Egyptian side Zamalek by close of the week.

Agogo joined Zamalek from English side Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2008, but terminated his contract with the Whites just nine months after joining them due to unpaid dues.

He filed a complaint against Zamalek, and the latter received a letter from FIFA ordering them to pay him his remaining wages which valued around $450,000.

After the court’s decision, the Whites are going to pay a portion of Agogo’s unpaid wages on Sunday as they previously met with the player’s lawyer and agreed on scheduling the rest of the amount.
