Justice Blay has undergone a medical screening at Medeama SC amid transfer rumours linking him away from the club.
The combative midfielder spent the last year playing as a loan player for Asante Kotoko but had to return to his parent club when his deal expired.
During his stay with the Kumasi-based outfit, Justice Blay proved his quality as he established himself as one of the best players of the team under different managers.
Kotoko and Medeama are yet to reach an agreement on the long-term future of the Ghanaian midfielder.
Medeama SC have priced midfielder Justice Blay at $200,000 in the wake of interest from the Ghana Premier League record holders.
Blay has returned to his parent club ahead of the new season which starts in November.
