Karela United head coach, Shaibu Tanko says he is confident of victory against Asante Kotoko today.
The Pride of the West will host the Porcupine Warriors at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in their match week 15 fixture.
Kick off has been scheduled at 15:00GMT.
According to Coach Tanko, the Reds are a real test in his first match in charge of Karela United.
“Nowhere cool, everywhere is difficult except you know how to handle these difficulties,” he said on Happy FM.
Kotoko is a big club by all standards but on the field of play, it is between us and we are looking first to it."
Meanwhile, the former RTU trainer has set sights on helping Karela United survive relegation.
“The club and I are putting in the necessary structures to first and foremost escape relation. That is our first objective and we will try to attain it within the shortest possible time of my contract” he added.
Karela United are 16th on the table with 16 points after 14 matches.
