Ghanaian international Kasim Nuhu has noted that he is confident his countryman, Nana Opoku Agyemang will pick up form and eventually become a key asset for Fortuna Dusseldorf as the season progresses.
The two players joined the German Bundesliga club in the summer transfer window to provide a squad boost in their quest to retain their top-flight status at the end of the season.
Both players have been dealt with injury blows which have, in turn, derailed their contribution to the side.
Though Kasim Nuhu looks to have picked up and cemented a place in the team’s starting eleven, Nana Ampomah is yet to really get into his strides.
After marking his full debut for Fortuna Dusseldorf in their 3-1 defeat to Hertha Berlin last week, Kasim Nuhu has backed his compatriot to eventually find his feet and show everyone what he has to offer.
“After the game in Berlin I talked to Nana. You just have to realize that the running intensity in the Bundesliga is extremely high! You always have to be physically fit your limits - no matter if you have the ball on your foot, or only free spaces.
“I am one hundred percent sure that Nana can become an important player for us. He will show his strengths in the upcoming games and prove what he can do”, Kasim Nuhu shared.
