Keep supporting us - Hearts of Oak midfielder Glid Otanga pleads with fans after RTU defeat

Hearts of Oak midfielder, Glid Otanga has called on the fans to keep supporting them despite their poor campaign.

The Rainbow Club after 33 games played in the ongoing Ghana Premier League sit 11th on the pile with 45 points.

Hearts of Oak's woes were deepened with a home defeat against Real Tamale United at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

“You know now it’s not easy for us," he told StarTimes.

“I want to tell our supporters that we don’t have any excuse because this is football, this is our job.

“So I want to tell our supporters not to get tired of supporting us, we need your support.

“We will go to Berekum Chelsea and give all our best," he added.

The Phobians will wrap up their campaign with an away trip to Berekum Chelsea on Sunday
