King Faisal FC have completed the signing of former Asante Kotoko defender Akwasi Acheampong in the ongoing transfer window.
Acheampong has penned a deal with the 'Insha Allah' lads on a free transfer after successful negotiations.
The 29-year-old has been club-less since parting ways with fellow Ghana Premier League side Bechem United in 2018.
He has enormous experience in the local league, having previously played for Bechem United, Asante Kotoko and Berekum Arsenal.
King Faisal are one of the busiest sides in the on-going transfer window following the signing Samuel Akurugu and Oduro Acheampong.
The Kumasi based side are currently at the bottom of the league table with only six points after 14 matches played thus far.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association has suspended all its competitions with immediate effect until further notice following the directives given by the President of the Republic due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
