Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has identified Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic as a replacement for Philippe Coutinho.
The Mirror says Coutinho will plead with Liverpool boss Klopp to let him join Barcelona.
The Brazil star is desperate to link up with Lionel Messi and co at the Nou Camp, and will sit down with Klopp to set out his reasons for wanting to join them.
If the £90million-plus sale of Coutinho is agreed, Klopp will move for Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Christian Pulisic as a replacement. He is a big fan of the 18-year-old USA international.
Sources in Spain claim Liverpool will sell – at the right price – and that they value Coutinho in the £100m bracket.
