The former Inter Allies captain and Black Stars B player Isaac Twum, have urged Ghanaians to support Ashgold and Kotoko because they will be representing the entire country in Africa.

Speaking to local radio station Bryt FM the IK Start player said

“Kotoko was doing well before the season was annulled. I have worked with Maxwell Konadu and I know what he is capable of doing. So if the players will listen to his game plan then I think Kotoko can go far in Africa this time around,”

“I will also plead with other clubs in the country to support our representatives in Africa rather than sabotaging them because they are not going in the name of Kotoko or Ashantigold but rather, they are representing the entire country,”

“If we support them and they are able to make an impact I believe we can get our missing slots back. I’m certain about Kotoko making impact in Africa” he concluded.
