The writings have been on the wall for the manager to be shown the exit door since the team’s campaign in the CAF Confederations Cup ended a couple of weeks ago after they were beaten by FC San Pedro.

Management of the club was disappointed by the abrupt end to the team’s campaign in Africa, with fans protest calling for the sacking of Zachariassen making things worse.

Following a meeting between the top hierarchy of the Porcupine Warriors and the Norwegian tactician today, the club has confirmed that they have terminated the contract of the coach.
