Asante Kotoko player Frank Sarfo Gyamfi believes they are capable of winning the premier league despite their recent slump in form. Kotoko are winless in their last five games as they have picked just 2 points.

With just 8 matches to end the season, the porcupine warriors are fifth on the League table with 33 points.

But Gyamfi believes they can still make it and win the league title this season.

“We have eight more matches and the points gap with the first team is just 6 points. We are still confident we can win the title,” he told Ghana Sports Newspaper.

“I know most of our supporters are disappointed because of our performance lately. “But as I said all hope is not lost, we still have some matches to go and I believe we can get back to the top.”

Kotoko will host Dreams FC in their next premier league game at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
