The newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah has today paid a courtesy call on former President, H.E John Agyekum Kufuor at his residence in Accra.

The ex-chairman of PHAR Rangers was appointed the new CEO of the Kumasi-based club last month at a colorful ceremony at the Sports Hotel.

While he hopes to gain grounds to ensure he succeeds in the big role, Nana Yaw Amponsah has today called on the revered former Chairman of Asante Kotoko, J.A Kufuor.

During an interaction with the former president, the Kotoko Express has reported that Nana Yaw Amponsah has been advised to work towards making the club economically viable.

According to the formal chairman of the Porcupine Warriors, that is one sure way of developing the club and also ensuring that it becomes financially sound.

The ex-president among many other things also charged the CEO to commercialize the club by adopting a scientific approach.
