According to a Light FM report, Dr Kyei has reached an agreement with architects who have inspected the venue and will construct a 20,000 capacity Stadium at the club’s current training ground at Adako Jachie.

The ground-breaking project is part of an overall regional economic development plan designed to host Asante Kotoko’s home games in the premier league and other tournaments the club will engage in.

The project is expected to be completed within the 3-year mandate given to Dr. Kwame Kyei to run Kotoko.
